Services & Fees
Initial Appointment
Comprehensive initial appointment (psychiatric evaluation) including holistic/integrative treatment plan. Please allow up to 90 minutes.
Fees will be discussed before you begin treatment during an initial complimentary phone consultation. | Get started
Follow Up Appointment
Standard follow up appointment, medication management and/or psychotherapy.

Fees & Insurance Considerations
We can provide you with a statement you may submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement/out-of-network benefits and/or keep for tax purposes.
If you would like to submit a claim to your insurance company, you are invited to use the Reimbursify app. It is a fast, easy way to file out-of-network insurance claims. It works with most of the major insurance companies.
